Our Tea Immersion Tour in Rwanda takes you to Pfunda Tea Estate; the largest and most renowned tea estate companies in Rwanda. The estate is located below the Virunga Volcanoes and gets its fertile soil from the erupted soils of the volcanoes. This helps contribute to the high quality of tea produced from the estate. The Pfunda Tea Estate plantation stretches over hundreds of hectares and farmers can be seen planting, tending or harvesting tea leaves depending on the period of visitation.
