After breakfast, you will start your day with a visit to Kigali Genocide Memorial, a place of remembrance and reflection. Learn about Rwanda's tragic history and the resilience of its people. Here you will commemorate the victims of the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi and gain a deeper understanding of the country's journey towards healing and reconciliation. After the memorial visit, you will embark on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda whilst enjoying the picturesque landscapes as you cross the border and make your way to your accommodation in Bwindi. Dinner and overnight.

The highlight of your journey awaits on this day- Mountain Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After an early breakfast, gather at the park headquarters for a pre-trek briefing by experienced guides. They will provide essential information about Mountain Gorilla behaviours, trekking guidelines and safety precautions. Once the briefing is complete, embark on your gorilla trek into the dense rainforest. Follow your expert guides through the winding trails as you search for the Gorilla family assigned to your group. The trek can be challenging at times, but the reward is unparalleled. When you finally encounter the Gorillas, you will have a precious hour to observe and appreciate their presence. Witness their gentle interactions, marvel at their sheer strength and capture incredible photographs.

After the Gorilla trek, you will return to the lodge for lunch. Thereafter, you will bid farewell to Bwindi and transfer back to Kigali, where you will be dropped off at the airport. END OF THE TOUR!
