On this day of your half day Kigali city tour, you will meet with your driver/ guide from Ikaze Rwanda tours at your hotel in Kigali or any other pre-communicated venue and after a short briefing of what will be laid ahead, kick-off the tour of the widely acclaimed as one of ‘the safest and cleanest cities on the African continent! Alongside our knowledgeable driver-guide, head out to Mount Kigali for spectacular views of the city.
On return, you’ll be driven around Kigali crowded commercial street, Muslim area with historic mosques, Old City, Kimisagara and Nyabugogo markets, City center, City hall, camp Kigali. Later, proceed to Kigali Genocide memorial to pay tribute to over 250,000 victims of Rwanda 1994 Genocide against Tutsis. Time permitting; appreciate the city’s newest and upmarket residential areas of Kagugu, Nyarutarama & Kibagabaga and Kimironko market.
